The book will teach you how to change your own thoughts. The thoughts that always goes in the back of your head telling you that you are not good enough, how would it feel if that woice always was with you. Telling you that you are great, good, beautiful, or what you want it to say.
That would change everything.
The book is short and direct on how to make the changes. I don`t like books that tries to learn you something and 95% of the book is stories you will not learn from. I like to go straight on to the point.
